Gootus specializes in professional bike wall mounts, building simple, space-saving solutions for cyclists who are tired of tripping over a bike leaning in the hallway. The hanger's telescoping beam extends from 9.5" to 14.2" to fit narrow or wide handlebars, and the sponge-wrapped hook adjusts its angle so aluminum, carbon, titanium or steel frames hang level and scratch-free. Where cheaper wide-base mounts often miss the stud entirely, Gootus's bracket is designed to anchor all three screws directly into it for a genuinely solid hold — rated for bikes up to 22kg / 48.5lbs. When it's not holding a bike, the whole hook folds flat against the wall, and a small storage hook on the bracket keeps a helmet or lock within reach. It's sold as a single hanger or a 2-pack for households with more than one bike.
Real specs from Gootus's own listing, not just marketing copy.
The telescoping center beam adjusts to fit narrow road bike bars or wide mountain bike bars — up to 32" of handlebar width in total — without buying a different mount for each bike.
A single angle-adjustment screw lets the hook tilt to match your top tube, so the bike hangs level instead of nose-down regardless of frame geometry.
The bracket's narrow profile is built to align with standard wall stud spacing so all three mounting screws bite into solid wood, not just plaster.
The contact points are fully wrapped in soft padding, so aluminum, carbon, titanium and steel frames all hang without new scuffs or scratches.
Flip the hook up against the wall when the bike is out for a ride, and get the floor space and wall clearance back until you're ready to hang it again.
One hanger, or a matched 2-pack for a second bike or a second wall.
Gootus's bike wall mount hangs a bike horizontally on a telescoping beam that extends from 9.5" to 14.2" to fit narrow or wide handlebars, with a sponge-wrapped hook that adjusts its angle so the frame hangs level instead of nose-down. The bracket is built to align with standard wall stud spacing so all three mounting screws anchor into solid wood rather than just drywall, and it's rated to hold bikes up to 22kg / 48.5lbs. When the bike is out, the whole hook folds flat against the wall, and a small storage hook keeps a helmet within reach. Choose a single hanger, or a 2-pack for a second bike.
The engineering behind the Gootus bike wall mount.
The telescoping beam adjusts from 9.5" (24cm) to 14.2" (36cm), so one mount fits both narrow road bars and wider mountain bike bars without buying a second size.
A single angle-adjustment screw lets you tilt the hook to keep the bike level and fitting different frame geometries, instead of forcing a nose-down hang.
Wide-base competitor mounts often miss the stud entirely — Gootus's narrower bracket is designed so all three screws anchor directly into it for a genuinely solid hold.
Works well. Easy to mount. Nice that it folds up. Remember not to mount it too high so you don't have to lift your bike needlessly high, but depending on how your bike is balanced and how the main beam is angled, the bike may not hang level. I'd recommend setting it so your wheels will be at least 8 inches off the floor if level — that way the rack can rotate a bit and still keep your lower wheel off the ground.
Easy to set up and looks great as well. I recommend to anyone who wants a nice cheap sturdy bike rack.
I bought this as a secondary bike mount since my other one is high on my garage wall and I got tired of lifting my 35 pound bike over my head. It was easily installed, 3 screws in the stud and 3 on the mount pieces themselves. I really like that the hooks are adjustable to the slant of my top bar, and the telescoping center piece adapts to different handlebar widths. My other mount is fixed and has neither of these features.
Very easy to install, and holds my 49-lbs eBike very well. Happy to have this item, thank you.
Arrived next day in great packaging. Well made and reassuringly sturdy. Instructions were easy to follow, bracket was fixed to the stud in 3 minutes, rest of the rack assembled with the included Allen key in 2 minutes. Very simple to adjust the angle at which it holds the bike, and flips up into space-saver position very easily. I would definitely purchase this again.
Does exactly what it's intended to do at a good price. Gets my bike off of the floor and frees up space.
